Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during events for promotional purposes. We will always seek your permission before using any identifiable images of your child.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once your booking has been accepted and any required booking fee has been received.

As Fairy Jess is often away on magical adventures, all bookings are subject to availability.

Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to, or on, the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Event Requirements

The client is responsible for providing:

- A safe environment for all guests.

- Adequate space for activities.

- Appropriate adult supervision throughout the event.

Weather

For outdoor events, an undercover alternative should be available in the event of poor weather.

Health & Safety

Jess in Wonderland Co reserves the right to stop or modify activities if behaviour or conditions become unsafe.

Travel

Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

Delays

If the entertainer is delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including traffic, road closures or severe weather), every effort will be made to contact the client and provide the booked service where possible.

Cancellation by Jess in Wonderland Co

If Jess in Wonderland Co is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to offer an alternative date or provide a full refund of any amounts paid.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Client Cancellations

- Booking fees are non-refundable.

- If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, any payments made beyond the booking fee will be refunded.

- Cancellations within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling

Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another available date within 12 months. New dates are subject to Fairy Jess's availability.

Cancellation by Jess in Wonderland Co

If we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided.

Wet Weather

Outdoor events may be moved indoors or rescheduled where practical.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
